To manage all aspects of the bar and restaurant, as a member of the middle management team, ensuring quantity, quality and flow of production, presentation of product, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene and high quality customer service.
Back of House
To manage all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring quantity ,quality and flow of production,maintain high standard of food preparation and presentation,attention to detail and high quality customer service and keeping up to date with all policies and procedures with Health and Safety and Food hygiene regulations.
